If Hotel Sao Mamede can not extend the check-out time, they will offer with no charge to wait in their air-conditioned TV lounge room until guests departure. Luggage can be safely stored. Regarding the elevator, please note that some of our rooms, especially those with the most scenic views, are located on the 5th floor. The elevator reaches the 4th floor, so a short flight of stairs is required to access these rooms.
